The first one (AAA) is a 4-star-rated program in the ZDNet Software Library and the old version 2.31 was available there. The last updated version is distributed in this page, on Simtel.net, on VOLftp and on many other software archives of the internet.

L3FE is a Small and simple Front End for L3Enc v2.60 (or later), the ISO/MPEG Audio Layer 3 encoder. It can also modify the priority class of the Virtual DOS Machine of the encoder (useful if you use L3Enc as a background process of Windows NT).
